Andrew J. Way President and Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Way is President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Exterran Corporation. He also serves as President of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. Prior to joining Exterran in 2015, he was CEO of Drilling and Surface at GE Oil & Gas. Way started his GE career in 1996 in the supply chain and operations organizations of GE Aircraft Engines. He held roles of increasing responsibility before moving to GE Capital in 2001 and later served as the Managing Director of GE Equipment Services. In 2007, he joined the GE Oil & Gas business in Florence, Italy, leading Service Operations and serving as its Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing leader. In 2010, he was promoted to a GE company officer and became a Vice President leading the Turbo Machinery Global Services business. Way is also an officer of certain Exterran majority-owned subsidiaries.
Mark R. Sotir Executive Chairman
Mark Sotir is Executive Chairman of Exterran Corporation and previously served as Executive Chairman of Exterran Holdings, Inc. He also serves as Managing Director at Equity Group Investments (EGI), a private investment firm. He also serves on the boards of directors of SIRVA, Rewards Network and WRS Holding Company. During his tenure at EGI, Sotir served as interim President of Tribune Interactive. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Sunburst Technology Corporation, President of Budget Group, Inc. (Budget Rent a Car and Ryder Truck Rental) and in brand management and sales roles at The Coca-Cola Company.
Valerie L. Banner Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Valerie Banner previously served as Associate General Counsel of Exterran Holdings, Inc. since 2008 and as special counsel from 2007. Prior to the merger of Hanover and Universal in August 2007, she served Universal as special counsel since 2000, and served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1998 through 2000. Prior to joining Universal, Banner served as counsel for several publicly traded companies and was in private practice, having begun her career as an associate with Andrews & Kurth LLP. Banner also is an officer and director of certain Exterran majority-owned subsidiaries.
David A. Barta Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
David A. Barta is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran Corporation. Prior to joining Exterran in November, 2016, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Accudyne Industries, beginning in 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Cooper Industries from 2010 until its sale in 2012. Before that, Barta spent six years as Chief Financial Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation and prior to that he worked nine years at Newell Rubbermaid, Inc. in financial management positions. In the early years of his career he held various financial positions with Harman International Industries, North American Van Lines and Beatrice Foods.
Roger George Senior Vice President, Global Engineering and Product Lines
Roger George is Senior Vice President, Global Engineering and Product Lines, of Exterran Corporation. Prior to joining Exterran in December, 2016, he held a series of leadership roles with GE from 2005 to 2016. His most recent role with GE was Product Line Leader of their 50Hz Utility Gas Turbine business. Prior to that he served as General Manager and as an executive with GE’s Distributed Power running Global Sales and Commercial Operations from 2012 to 2016. Earlier in his career he worked for Optimal CAE, Inc. and the Ford Motor Company.
Christine M. Michel Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Communications
Chris Michel is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Communications of Exterran Corporation and previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. She joined Exterran in 2009 after serving in a number of positions of increasing responsibility for Ford Motor Company, including Executive Director, Human Resources, The Americas and Corporate Staffs; Executive Director, Global Compensation and Benefits; HR Manager, Corporate Finance; and HR Manager, Ford of Hungary.
Girish K. Saligram Senior Vice President, Global Services
Girish Saligram is Senior Vice President, Global Services, of Exterran Corporation and President, Global Services, of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. He assumed these positions in August, 2016. Before joining Exterran, Saligram spent 20 years with GE in positions of increasing responsibility as a functional and business leader in industry sectors across the globe. His most recent role with GE was General Manager, Downstream Products & Services, for GE Oil & Gas. Prior to that, Saligram led the GE Oil & Gas Contractual Services business based in Florence, Italy. Before his nine years in the oil and gas sector, Saligram spent 12 years with GE Healthcare in engineering, services, operations and commercial roles.
Michael W. Sanders Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Michael Sanders is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Exterran Corporation. He is responsible for the Company’s Global Accounting organization. He was named to this position in October, 2017. Prior to joining Exterran, Sanders was Corporate Controller at Atwood Oceanics, Inc. (2016-2017) and at LNG Limited (2014-2016). He has held other leadership positions in finance and accounting for KBR, Inc., McDermott International, Inc. and Baker Hughes Corporation. Sanders began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP and is a certified public accountant.
David S. Vaughn Vice President, Global Health, Safety, Security and Environment
David “Scott” Vaughn is Vice President, Global Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) for Exterran Energy Solutions L.P. He assumed this position in December, 2016. Prior to that, Vaughn worked for two years as Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment for Paragon Offshore. From 1996 to 2014 he worked for Diamond Offshore, leaving there as Global Vice President of Health, Safety, Security and Environment. He began his career in 1993 as a paramedic for the City of New Orleans.
