Andrew J. Way President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Way is our President and Chief Executive Officer. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer-Drilling and Surface Production of GE Oil & Gas, a provider of equipment and services in the oil and gas space, from 2012 through June 2015. Mr. Way joined GE Oil & Gas in October 2007 and previously served as General Manager Operations, Turbo Machinery Services from October 2007 to December 2008, as General Manager, Global Supply Chain from December 2008 to December 2010, and as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer-Turbo Machinery Services from December 2010 to June 2012. Prior to joining GE Oil & Gas, Mr. Way served as Operations Director and Managing Director-GE Equipment Services of GE Capital from 2001 to 2007 and held various positions at GE Aviation from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Way serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association and is actively involved in various civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Way studied Mechanical Engineering and graduated from the technical leadership program with Lucas Industries in Wales, U.K.
David A. Barta Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer
David A. Barta is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran Corporation. Prior to joining Exterran in November, 2016, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Accudyne Industries, beginning in 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Cooper Industries from 2010 until its sale in 2012. Before that, Barta spent six years as Chief Financial Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation and prior to that he worked nine years at Newell Rubbermaid, Inc. in financial management positions. In the early years of his career he held various financial positions with Harman International Industries, North American Van Lines and Beatrice Foods.
Kelly Battle Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Kelly Battle is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Exterran Corporation. She joined Exterran in 2004, and has served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility including Deputy General Counsel since November 2015 and Associate General Counsel, Exterran Energy Services, L.P. from 2009. Ms. Battle has more than 25 years’ experience as a lawyer specializing in corporate, finance, transactional and dispute matters primarily serving clients in the energy industry. Ms. Battle began her career in private practice as an Associate with Clements, O’Neill, Pierce, Nickens, Wilson, & Fulkerson, L.L.P followed by Vinson & Elkins LLP.
Roger George President Exterran Water Solutions
Roger George is the President of Exterran Water Solutions and previously Senior Vice President, Global Engineering and Product Lines for Exterran Corporation. Roger’s diverse experience spans over 20 years and multiple industries including oil & gas, power generation and automotive. Roger provides invaluable insights and leadership to his team driving strategic growth to align with industry and customer needs. His leadership and results-driven approach has led to new product innovations and the positioning of Exterran Water Solutions as a global leader in produced water treatment and recycling for the upstream energy industry.
Kerric Peyton Senior Vice President, Health, Safety, Security & Environment
Kerric Peyton is Senior Vice President, Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) of Exterran Corporation. Prior to joining Exterran in June 2020, he served as Vice President Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) at Superior Energy Services from 2011 to 2020. Mr. Peyton also held various leadership roles at Noble Corporation from 1999-2011 including deep water Drilling Superintendent and leading Noble's HSSE function globally. Prior to joining the oil and gas industry Mr. Peyton served in the United States Navy's nuclear power and propulsion program.
Tara Wineinger Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Tara Wineinger is Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of Exterran Corporation. She joined Exterran in 2003 and during this time has held several Business Partner and corporate roles, most recently as the Director of Total Rewards. Prior to joining Exterran, Ms. Wineinger held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in both the energy and healthcare industries. Through the course of her career, she has been responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee and organizational development, culture change and corporate communications.
