Enerflex Ltd.’s annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, in a virtual-only format. Attending the virtual meeting will provide all registered shareholders and duly appointed proxyholders, regardless of geographic location and number of common shares held, an equal opportunity to participate in the meeting, securely vote their shares, and engage with senior leaders, directors, and other shareholders of Enerflex.
Notice and Access
Enerflex has elected to utilize notice and access for the delivery of its 2023 meeting materials to both registered and beneficial shareholders, reducing printing and mailing costs and minimizing the environmental impacts associated with producing and distributing large quantities of printed meeting materials.
